This is an animated papercut interpretation of the beautiful "Little Warrior" illustration by Melanie Daveid. Go check out her Behance and Instagram.
As a big fan of her illustrations (call it fanart if you like) I challenged myself to get as close as possible to the original using the tools I feel comfortable with:
1. Paper for the model
2. Photoshop for cleanup and colour correction
3. After Effects to let the paper plane smoothly turn its rounds
